Cleaning Rates

Rates are approximate and are subject to an individual property verification for specific size and cleaning time required. Extra charges of $50 per hour may be applied for particularly dirty units. Garbage and recycling removal included.

  • 1-bedroom plus: $150-215
  • 2-bedroom plus: $215-265
  • 3-bedroom plus: $265-300 or more depending on assessment
  • 4-5 bedroom plus: $285 -$400 or more depending on assessment

Optional Extra Services

  • Carpet cleaning – quote available on demand
  • Deep cleaning – quote available on demand
  • Off-season security checks:
    Prices: 1 x month ($45); 2 x a month $70.00); 4 x a month ($125.00)
  • Professional hot tub maintenance available from our hot tub service (Big White Spa Services Ltd. 778-797-2117)
