Big White Spa Services Ltd is a well-established hot tub maintenance service operating at Big White Ski Resort. Our many satisfied customers appreciate our ongoing commitment to providing consistent and thorough care of their valuable commercial and residential vacation properties. We carefully hand pick and train our water quality technicians to make sure they meet the highest standards. Our experienced managers and technicians help clean and inspect our clients’ hot tubs on a regular basis to ensure quality control. We always go the extra mile because our customers deserve the best!

Maintenance Packages (All Packages Include New Filters)
WINTER (Oct. 1-April 6/close of Big White lift operating season in spring)
Maintenance Package #1 for light family use only (no rentals): start up, shut down with winterization , two new filters if required, water quality check on Fridays, one complementary water change during the season if required..
Price: $1,500.00 + GST/PST
Maintenance Package #3 for regular rental units: start up, shut down with winterization , two new filters if required, water quality checks on three days a week, check in/check out service in addition to two regular checks, two complementary water changes during the season if required.
Price: $2,100.00 + GST/PST
SUMMER (April 15 /Big White Resort closing in spring to Sept. 30)
Maintenance Package #2 for light family use only (no rentals): start up, shut down with winterization , two new filters if required, water quality check on Fridays, one complementary water change during the season if required..
Price: $1,350.00 + GST/PST
Maintenance Package #4 for rental properties: start up, shut down with winterization , two new filters if required, one water quality check per week with additional check in/check out service, two complementary water changes during the season if required.
Price: $1,650.00 + GST/PST
Summer Lite June 25-Sept. 5 Package
start up in late June, shut down with winterization in early September (or water change with weekly checks until Oct. 1), two new filters if required, one water quality check per week with additional check in/check out service, one complementary water change during the season if required.
Price: $1,100.00 + GST/PST
YEAR ROUND (12 MONTHS)
Maintenance Package #6 for light family use only (no rentals): start up, shut down with winterization , two new filters if required, water quality check on Fridays, one complementary water change during the season if required.
Price: $2,600.00 + GST/PST
Maintenance Package #5 for rental properties: comprising Maintenance Package #3 and Maintenance
Package #4
Price: $3,400.00 + GST/PST
NOTE: Water changes at beginning and end of season can be substituted for startup and shutdown
services in all packages if hot tub is kept running 12 months a year.
Individual Hot Tub Services
Start up of hot tub – $200.00 plus filter if required)
Shut down of hot tub – $200.00 + GST/PST
Extra water quality checks : $45.00 + GST/PST (only for clients on a maintenance package)
Hourly repair rate: $130.00 one hour minimum
Parts, repairs, troubleshooting – please call for estimate
