Rates are approximate and are subject to an individual property verification for specific size and cleaning time required. Extra charges of $50 per hour may be applied for particularly dirty units. Garbage and recycling removal included.
1-bedroom plus: $150-215
2-bedroom plus: $215-265
3-bedroom plus: $265-300 or more depending on assessment
4-5 bedroom plus: $285 -$400 or more depending on assessment
